Bedside table commissioned for our own guest bedroom. We needed a table to squeeze into a relatively tight gap to place a lamp on. This table-top is made from reclaimed elm and (new) pine; tapered legs from reclaimed oak (ancient, with existing holes and imperfections embraced) and rails from elm. The table top has been given an underside chamfer and attached to the leg frame using ‘buttons’ a few millimetres proud of the frame to create a small shadow gap.
